random soundtrack meme

~~**Soundtrack of Your Life**~~~ *sparkle*

Here's how it works:

1. Open your library (iTunes, Winamp, Media Player, iPod, etc)
2. Put it on shuffle
3. Press play
4. For every question, type the song that's playing
5. When you go to a new question, press the next button
6. Don't lie and try to pretend you're cool

Wow... my Winamp is pretty psychic, considering the whole Random thing. oo; They're all pretty appropriate, for the most part.

I've been meaning ti ask, how much money did you spend in Japan?
Mar. 19th, 2007 11:01 am (UTC)
hahaha... expenses or shopping? ^^;;

Plane was $1000, 3 week JR pass was $550, hotel was about another $1200. I'd guess I spent about $250 on food.

now, in terms of spending money and entertainment... haha... that was about $3000 for everything I bought and concerts, but I really spent A LOT. ^^;

Three weeks exactly! ^__^

Accomidations are definitely most equitable if you travel in pairs. But reserve the hotels early if you go with Toyoko inn, the doubles fill up. I can reccomend a couple good locations in Tokyo. ^^

Oh, and if you JUST want to stay in Tokyo, you don't really need the JR pass. You can get daypasses for the JR lines for like... $5 I think? Or it's $2-3ish a trip.
The pass is just good if you're doing a lot of travelling. I believe they also have an option where you can get a pass valid on any 10 individual days.

also - that's a single room in Toyoko in, which is $60-70 depending on location. If you have a travel buddy, the double rooms are $80-90.

hostels might be cheeper but also proabably harder to get to.
